The utility used to display the video on this page requires SilverLight from Microsoft.  SilverLight is a free utility from Microsoft similar to Adobe's Flash Player.

I'm currently searching for another solution that does not require a plug-in.

More bad news: SilverLight requires Windows XP w/ Service Pack 2 installed, then it requires at a minimum Internet Explorer 6.0. All versions of Mozilla Firefox are supported, though.
